Technology
SUBHEADING
However, thermal insulation, savings, recycling, greenery, and solar energy are not enough. A lot of the latest technology is also needed to achieve the ambitious goals of sustainable environmental protection in the future.

Leisure
SUBHEADING
The plaza, railway carriage restaurant, and roof garden are available for renters from both the new and older building to enjoy together during their free time.
Recycling
SUBHEADING
In addition to the economical use of raw materials and energy, recycling is just as important for protecting resources and the environment.

SUBHEADING
Around 4 billion years ago, the Earth’s surface is thought to have been covered by a warm “primordial soup”. Then, about 2 1/2 billion years ago (simplified) vegetable and animal carbon (C as in carbon) was bound and oxygen (O as in oxygen) released to support emerging life forms. Underground coal seams were created around 350 million years ago, and about 150 million years ago oil and natural gas fields. Today, we are burning these and reversing the process, recreating a "primordial soup” that would not support life today. As we know, the current increase in global warming is caused mainly by greenhouse gases, particularly the carbon dioxide (CO2) produced as a result of burning natural gas, crude oil and coal: (C for carbon) using oxygen (O for oxygen) in our power plants and heating systems. To prevent a return to the primordial soup we need to drastically reduce our own production of greenhouse gases and split the COs already present in excess in the Earth's atmosphere into coal (C for carbon) and oxygen (O for oxygen) by means of plants or machines.
